For some 30 years we have traveled over much of the world searching for and collecting antique wooden shafted golf clubs and other antique golf memorabilia. Not just any old “Hickory” as we wanted only first quality clubs that could be restored to museum quality. When restoration is necessary, we use our own professional staff using authentic methods and materials whenever possible. Today quality wooden shafted clubs have become extremely scarce; most are in the hands of collectors.

Our collection been featured in numerous national magazines. It has also been on loan for antique golf exhibits and museums.

Hickory Sticks is now sharing their collection with other golf aficionados and collectors by selective marketing through our Website, Golf Resorts, Pro-Shops and select catalogs such as Neiman Marcus and Hammacher Schlemmer.

Provenance and Certificate of Authenticity describing each club’s particular history, maker and circa is provided with every club purchased. A brief history of golf and instructions for care are also included.
